Gold Level Sponsorship

Total Investment: $1,000.00

1. Sponsor Area : 8'x8' approx. (size dependent on hotel)
        a. Hotel will supply a table w/skirt, however if the Sponsor wishes to bring their
        own booth, arrangements can made to accommodate given proper 2 weeks notice.

2. Sponsor company logo (provided by Sponsor) placed on our marketing material (eblasts and invitations).

3. A 1-page company profile will be included in the Conference bag.
        a. The page will be no larger than the standard 8 ½ x 11 letter size.
        b. The company profile page can be double sided.
        c. Guest passes for the conference will be available for 2 customers.

4. An invitation to participate as a speaker at the HDI conference. (1 hour session)

Note: The topic of discussion should elaborate on the theme of the event
and not be a sales pitch for a particular solution/technology.
